Kansas City Missouri DNA Evidence Attorney

DNA Evidence | Experienced Trial Lawyer | Criminal Defense Attorney

The rising use of DNA evidence can be an asset or potential threat to defendants. When DNA evidence is used in your case, it is critical that your defense attorney has a comprehensive understanding both of the technical aspects of collection, as well as the rules regarding evidence that support the use of DNA in court.

Inappropriate use of DNA can result in a wrongful conviction. A case where DNA is barred from evidence could also damage your defense. Daniel Miller, a successful trial attorney in Lee's Summit, Missouri has experience in presenting and defending against the use of DNA evidence.
